With the leap-forward development of our national economy,long-span steelstructure is used and developed more and more.In the forms of long-span steelstructure,the steel truss structure is used wiwidely,it has advantages of flexible,lighterweight and reasonable force. The ruquirement of the accurary and quality of the steeltruss structure installation is high because of that the structure has much roads and node.Traditional bearing of the steel truss structure is pin type hinge bearing,with thediversification of the structures, pin type hinge bearing can not meet the needs ofprojects.Thus some new bearing node appear in construction,V-shaped steel columnsuniversal hinge bearing is one of them. The applications of the V-shaped steel columnsand universal hinge bearing are seldom, there are few researches about them in thedomestic.This paper study on the long-span steel main truss which support on the V-shapedsteel columns, discussed the production and installation of the V-shaped steel columns,the lifting segment by segment technology of the long-span steel main truss, themeasurement and monitoring of the long-span steel main truss and the V-shaped steelcolumns.Besides,illusting Shenzhen airport T3terminal, elaborate lifting segment bysegment technology of the long-span steel main truss.The main research contents are asfollows:1. The production and installation of the V-shaped steel columnsDescribed the structure and the mechanical characteristics of the V-shaped steelcolumns, Discourse the production and installation and difficulties of the V-shaped steelcolumns and the main truss, discourse solidification simulation of dimensional node.Discussed the precautions and difficulty for construction, installation process, thequality control. And do construction simulation for the installation of the V-shaped steelcolumns.2. Lifting segment by segment technology of the long-span steel main trussDescribed the lifting segment by segment technology of the long-span steel maintruss, the design and install and unstall of the falsework, do discussion on manufacture and processof the main truss, discussed the sub-division, transportation and stacking of the component.Elaborated the pre-assembled and hoisting of the turss. Based on the Lifting segment bysegment technology of the long-span steel main truss,analyse the principle and methods of large span steel structure construction simulation.3. The measurement and monitoring of the long-span steel main truss and theV-shaped steel columnsDiscussed the measurement and monitoring of the long-span steel main truss andthe V-shaped steel columns in detail, including the monitoring and control of assemble,the monitoring and control of the installtion of the flasework, the monitoring andcontrol of the elevation and three-dimensional,the measurement procedures ofthree-dimensional node of the V—shaped columns. Discussed the long-span steel maintruss and the V-shaped steel columns.4. Do construction simulation of lifting segment tech by segment technology of thelong-span steel main truss which support on the V-shaped steel columnTake the Shenzhen airport T3terminal as the project example, using finite elementanalysis software Midas, do construction simulation of lifting segment by segmenttechnology of the long-span steel main truss which support on the V-shaped steelcolumn.Calculated the mechanical properties of the truss under a variety of loadingconditions and the stress in several of constration stages. Beside,analysis thedisplacement and length variation of the V-shaped steel column. According to results ofthe analysis, take corret construction measures, and do calculations to ensure that thestructure is safety.
