During the construction of underground projects, it occurred many times thatunderground project construction caused ground surface to subsidence and crake,buildings to tilt and craze, which is a big threat to people’s life and property safety. Theunder construction Ton-Mao tunnel of Ton-Mao road project has a large span and isshallow buried, and with many buildings lying above, which bring great difficulty totunnel design and construction..This paper conbimes with Ton-Mao tunnel project, taking offset distance frombuilding to tunnel as entry point, by numerical modeling and calculation, getsfoundation deformation characteristics on foundations, at the condition of differentoffset distance and different types of foundation. Secondly, this paper analyzed thereaction characteristics of basis and surrounding rock with different types of foundation.Finally, conbiming with Ton-Mao tunnel construction simulates excavation proccess oftunnel. The specific content contains:①Takeing rock samples from construction site, and made it into standardspecimen, did saturated uniaxial compressive strength test. Conbimed with geotechnicaltest results from geological survey report and related standards, determined mechanicalparameters of rock and soil in numerical analysis.②With the application of finite element analysis software Midas/GTS,according to the different offset setting different6conditions, based on the raftfoundation, independent foundation and independent pile foundation and6conditions,established3D numerical models. By analysing and calculating, obtained the affectionrules of different offsets to displacement and differential settlement of the overlyingbuildings. At the same time, various types of foundation’s vertical displacement anduneven settlement were compared.③Let the position of building and tunnel, surrounding rock parameters, and otherconditions remain unchanged, change the upper building foundation form, establishedthree-dimensional numerical models based on the raft foundation, independentfoundation and independent pile foundation, simulated the dynamic tunnel excavationprocess, made comparison of construction impact on foundation displacement,surrounding rock displacement in different foundation condition.④Taking NO.9building above Ton-Mao tunnel as the specific target, established a three-dimensional numerical model, and simulated dynamic excavation process,through the analysis of the calculation results, summarized some conclusions andadvices for the subsequent construction.
