Social’s progress needs technology and administration, while the consequence ofcoupling both is quality. Just like construction industry. The quality of constructionengineering has the direct relationship with the security of state treasure and nation’slife, the keeping development of construction industry, as well as the project’sapplicability and social benefit. For a long time, Construction engineering quality isalways the extremely important problem during the engineering construction.Consequently, the study on how to improve the construction project administrativelevel, which for improving the engineering quality possesses the important and realisticsignificance.In this paper, the engineering project quality control for construction stage issystematically studied. The paper firstly starts from the basic theory of the engineeringquality control, introduces the definition, characteristics, quality administrationprinciples of both quality and quality administration; discusses the content andmethods of quality control and explains the whole quality control procedure during theconstruction. Secondly, putting forward the corresponding control measures accordingto the factors such as people, machines, materials, methods and links which influentthe construction quality. Then, from the point of quantitative analysis, this paperexpounds the construction quality of statistical analysis method. In view of “Qualityfirst, Prevention uppermost”, produced from the construction quality and degree of themain causes of the hidden danger, this paper develops the quality hidden dangerevaluation system based on AHP and gives the steps and methods of comprehensivelyevaluating the hidden trouble according to the analytic hierarchy process. In theend,combined with the engineering practice verification(3#Project of Shi Fen Jiang Xi Hua Du), engaged in before, during and after the event, three phase control to carry onthe analysis, By quality control method for quantitative analysis，the theory withpractice, it is shown that the control methods and ways of the good results have beenachieved.The point of the study is to improve the construction quality management level,optimize the quality of management and improve the quality of construction products.Also, the research results to other construction project quality control have certainreference and guidance significance.
