The optimization design of semi-trailer dump truck carriage with non-longitudinalbeam was mainly studied. There is no such semi-trailer dump truck in our country. It ismainly used in North America. The EastMAC company is the first enterprise tomanufacture aluminum alloy semi-trailer. Up to now, the Guillaume U-shaped carriagedump truck of franch is only introduced by one factory. The dump truck wasnon-semi-trailer. So the lightweight semi-trailer dump truck made of high strengthmaterials were studied on dump truck.to makeup the domestic shortage in this regard,and to increase the category of products of domestic companies.Analysis on the compartment structure and transport properties were carried out.The stress distribution of the carriage with loads was analyzed to offer designparameters to the compartment design. From the point of great weight and high gravitylocation of the semi-trailer dump compartment, the weight of the vehicle had to be paidattention to. So the frame of the semi-trailer dump was canceled. The design of thesemi-trailer dump with no frame was implemented by improving the compartmentstructure. The compartment was parameterized and was optimized.This paper conductsa three-dimensional modeling of compartment. And the three-dimensional modeling canbe imported into the strength analysis model by interface software ofthree-dimensional model software. The static strength of important parts andcompartment were analyzed. The stress and strain distributions of the initial conditionsof lifting of important parts and compartment, and horizontal and vertical displacementwere obtained. In order to improve the uninstalling security and driving stability of thesemi-trailer dump. some compartment parts were optimized. The optimized results wereanalyzed. The results show that the structur e of part is too complex,and can besimplified.The optimized and original structures were compared. The static strength ofoptimized structure was analyzed. The results show that the structure is moresimple,and the strength of part meets the security.The modal analysis was carried outfor whole compartment. The compartment front six-order modals were obtained, theresults were analyzed. The results show that the natural frequency value of the wholecompartment is not very high, especially the low-order frequency,which illustrates the dynamic stiffness of the frame is smaller.The results could provide recommendations forthe compartment structure design.
