| The household heat meterin system is a transformation in the central heating field,heating users can independently regulate the temperature of a room according to theirown needs.by this mean,they could achieve the expected comfort level and saveenergy.This paper focuses on the theoretical analysis and experimental study about theoperating characteristics of the household heat meterin system and the effect of energysaving before and after transformation of a district in Qingdao.Because of the independent regulation of the users,the hydraulic conditionof the heating system is always changing,Water conservancy disorder becomes more prominent than the original system. This paper analysis the System’s operating characteristics by means of research invalves’ characteristics.radiators’thermalconditions.characteristics and transformation conditions of different heating systems,and so on.At the same time,this paper also elaborates the causes and solutionsofwater conservancy disorders.Due to the adjustment of the users,the difference of temperature in different roomis big, the method of Load calculation is different from the previous system.the heatingcost allocation also changed. In this paper,the method of Load calculation and heatingcost allocation are introduced, the heat transfer between residential unirs and chargingmethod are analyzed.At the same time,putting forward their existing problems.At last,we take a distrit in Qingdao as an example to analyze the effect of energysaving before and after the transformation of the residential area.Through analysisingthe heating consumption and charging share of the Residential area before and after thetransformation,we evaluate the effect of energy saving of the household heat meterinsystem.Meanwhile, This paper analysis the advantages of The household heat meterinsystem from coal consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, comfort level,transformationinvestment costs and investment recovery period aspects. |
