| Along with the development of the city and the adjustment of the industry structure,the massive old industrial architecture in the city is left unused. It is a good idea tocontinue the old industry building’s life cycle and display its multiple values by theremolding and regenerating strategy. As the direct medium of connecting and convertingthe interior and exterior space of building, skin renewal largely affects the results ofindustry buildings regeneration. Therefore, the research on skin renewal is veryimportant.The thesis researches on the development process of the regeneration of industrybuildings and explains the related theory of skin renewal, in order to guide the researchon skin renewal. The article also has further discussed skin renewal design, and thenputs forward a new mode of skin renewal which combines function design, architectureform design and technology application. It will provide full and accurate basic materialfor skin renewal.Firstly, based on the research and analysis of the actual projects of skin renewal,the thesis summarizes the influence factors of skin renewal, such as location factor,function factor, structure factor, technology factor, etc. which contributes to put forwardthe strategy of skin renewal.Secondly, based on the analysis of the influence factors, the thesis discusses themacroscopic strategy of skin renewal, for example, the orientation of the regeneration,the overall design and detail design. The orientation decides the success or failure of theregeneration; the overall and detail design guide the skin renewal design.Finally, under the guidance of the macroscopic strategy, skin renews in theoperation platform should proceed from the function, the architecture form and thetechnology aspects, which has provided a new mentality for the old industrialarchitecture skin renewal. The function replacement promotes skin renew, thearchitecture form design make architecture skin diversity, and technology make skinrenew possible. |
