Recently,at the rapid development of national economy and transportationindustry,the superiority of semi-trailer vehicle train transportation gradually isreflected.With the widespread use of semi-trailer vehicle train,the issue of using ithas become increasingly evident.Because of the presence the vehicle axial deviationangle,the dangerous conditions such as drift,rollover,collision occur.Therefore,the research of the allowance for semi-trailer axial deviation angle has great practicalsignificance.The model of semi-trailer vehicle train is created by using multi-body systemdynamics.The model of chassis、suspension、steering system、axle、tire and road aregradually established.Kinematic pair between the various models is established.The driven force and driven torque are applied to the established model for thevehicle steady-state steering simulation.The data is compared with the experimentalanalysis of the real car,then,the good consistency between the model and real car isattained.The brake torque is applied to front and rear wheel to accomplish straightline braking simulation.The data is compared with the experimental analysis of thereal car,then,the good consistency between the model and real car is attained.The folding angle is the target simulation design and the vehicle speed andsemi-trailer driving two-axis axial deviation angle range are the simulation designvariables.Then,the uniform linear simulation analysis is accomplished.For the90km/h analysis,the size of the simulated folding angle is obtained,then in accordancewith national requirements of the channel width the axial deviation angle isdetermined....
