Automatic Testing Software Design And Development On Flight Control Computer For UAV

The precise control of Flight Control Computer could make sure the stability and autonomy ofUAV flighting, as the core of Flight Control System, Flight Control Computer had a critical influenceon UAV system. Therefore designed an effective software testing environment was particularlyimportant to verify the function of Flight Control Computer. In this paper a new testing method wasdesigned to realize the automatic testing of Flight Control Computer.Firstly, it presented the development program of automatic testing software for Flight ControlComputer, according to the actual project requirements and foundation of research project. Theresearch thinkings of testing softwares for target machine and principal computer was designed basedon hardware configuration and software environment of Flight Control Computer.Secondly, an interconnect testing method for hardware resource was adopted, according to theboard card architecture of Flight Control Computer and the designed special purpose cables. It testedevery board card, including CPU card, SERIAL-PORT card,COMPOSITE card.Finally, the man-machine monitoring surface was developed for the desktop software based onTilcon Real-Time Developer, according to the need of testing software, and it finished the proving forthe function testing. The test software worked well through experiment proving and design analysis.Reliability and Stability of Flight Control Computer were pledged so well, met the need of the systemtest and improved the testing efficiency of the Flight Control Computer.
