| Bridge deck is an important part of bridge, directly affect the normal use of the bridgecan. With China’s rapid economic development, large amounts of heavy or oversized vehiclesrun, many are because of the bridge panel shear insufficient deterioration occurs, many bridgepanel according to the existing method of reinforcement and soon after a problem occurs.Based on the analysis of existing methods and strengthening method, compositesteel-concrete bridge deck based on application, the bridge panel shear the corrugated steelstructure form, both waveform steel and steel concrete composite slab.This paper firstly made corrugated steel reinforced concrete composite bridge deckmodel experiment, research and analysis of waveform steel reinforced concrete compositedeck slab mechanics characteristics. According to the test results, analysis of the steel plate(plate, web, flange plate), reinforcement and concrete strain, and the overall structure of thestiffness change. Test shows that, the composite structure of concrete and steel plate slippageis smaller, the overall performance is better, with excellent shear performance, damaged bybending control.In order to further understanding the mechanical properties of composite slab, the finiteelement model is established, using finite element analysis software ANSYS simulationprocess, at the same time, the numerical analysis results and test results were compared, theresults showed that, the analysis results agree well with the experimental results.Finally to county Jiujiang River Bridge Engineering background, using the ANSYSanalysis section height, base width and wing plate height and other parameters influence tothe component supporting capacity, provide a reference for engineering application, obtainedcan be used for the engineering of composite plate. |
