In recent years, our nation demand jet engine and space vector engines in militaryand aerospace fields greatly, which rely on the combustion of to produce strong thrust.Therefore, the performance of the engine can be determined through testing the aircraftand rocket engine plume, the improvement method is proposed followed. This hasimportant significance in the aerospace cause weakness in engine manufacturingindustry. Emission spectral tomography (Emission Spectral Tomography, referred to asEST) with its non-contact temperature measurement methods, which just fill the gap inthe field, also help the development of thermal power, heating boilers, industrial furnace,metallurgy and other related industry.The design use the CE6.0operating system which has superior graphics and real-time,within the frameworks of the MFC, the emission spectral tomography technology isachieved and combines with DSP control acquisition and transmission data. Due to theincreasing functions of high-end DSP at present, some port number has already beencompressed. Though the high-end DSP generally only has two AD converter channel,channel selection circuit has been designed specifically. On one hand, it can greatlyexpand the acquisition of channel; on the other hand, because only two channels insteadof all the channels, is used for acquisition, the acquisition circuit do not have to requirecarrying capability of power supply which greatly enhances the live capabilities and themobility of the equipment.EST reconstruction needs large computation and storage space, traditional DSPreconstruction algorithm is lack of power in practice. In order to improve the operationresponse speed and shorten the reconstruction effect, we transform this part of themission to the embedded system processing. After the expansion of the reconstructionresults and associated with the pseudo-color artificially to make the data matrixbecoming plane graph and being displayed in the embedded system screen, and it canrealize the changing display of different sections by using the system.Finally, we simulate the tested field by using of candles to make the systemsampling reconstruction, using the system for three dimension collection reconstructionand show different levels of temperature distribution of the image, it approved that this design is reasonable and reliable.
