Cockpit Display plays a important part in the aircraft.It mainly provides a man-machine interface,which shows the parameters of the system. In order to overcome the low efficiency and high cost of common testing methods,the collaborator requires us to design a high efficient ground testing system for the Multi-functional cockpit display.The system is going to test the cockpit display comprehensivly and shows the testing results.After the analysis of testing requirements of Cockpit Display,we confirmed the compositions of system and raised a proposal which is based on industrial computer and virtual instrument technology.According to the idea of modular design,the system had been divided into two parts,including communication and video signal generation.We accomplished the communication function through the serial communication card.For the differential video signal,after the analysis of the features of the conversion card,we designed the circuit to meet the requirements by oulselves.Through the object-oriented method,the software part had been designed to provide signal control,state analysis and display of test results.From the testing results,we finished the comprehensive tests successfully.The system has many characteristics,such as rapidness in testing,high reliability,easiness in expansibility and so on.
