Continuous improvement with further exploitation of oil fields,application ofwater oil displacement as oil displacement agent cannot meet the needs of the oilfieldproduction.Polymer flooding as a new way of the displacement,have been applied inoil fields around the world generally,through field application,found that polymerflooding can increase recovery efficiency,effectively meet the needs of the oilfieldproduction.But followed,there is a lot of problems,because of the sucker rod pumpfor polymer flooding,failure of the presence of polymer in produced fluid,the suckerrod pump production in the changes of rheological property of produced fluid,causingsuch as rod tube eccentric wear,pump efficiency decline and shorten the pumpinspection cycle.According to the above problem,to bring the centralizer do axialreciprocating motion of the inner tube and fluid flow in the tubing of research arerelatively important.To add further understanding sucker rod centralizer and rodpump failure provides the theory basis for optimization of working parameters,has acertain practical significance.This article adopts the method of dimensional analysis,first select the pressureformula of related parameters,and deduce the pressure formula by the theorem;Then through indoor simulation experiment device,collect related fixed parameter,then respectively for water and mass percent concentration to50PPM,100PPM,125PPM solution,under different impact times for flow and pressure measurement;Using artificial neural network has the self learning algorithm,will collect the datagroup is divided into training data and test data set;By SAS software and training dataset,the simulation of the regression formula in pressure,again through the validationdata set of data the average percentage error rate is calculated;Once again to thewhole data set to random grouping,repeat the process,select the pressure formula ofminimum average percentage error rate;Get through the pressure formula of otherparameters fixed,respectively study stroke,stroke and Numbers of centralizer underdifferent traffic stress value,through computing research found that when otherparameters are fixed,the pressure will be along with the rising of the stroke,speed,centralizer increases with the increase of the number....
