After the corresponding adjustment of injection-production relationship, which includingbasic well pattern development、one or two local refinement、expanding boundary adjustmentand so on, Pubei oilfield has entered the extra high water cut development stage. Due to theexistence of following questions:the water flooding control degree is low; big differences betweenwell production; big contradictions between layers; thin and poor reservoirs producing differences;injection-production relationship between local wells is not perfect and so on, the remaining oilreserves have increased and its distribution is complex and scattered, therefore, how to improve the effectof water flooding and further dipping the remaining oil are the problems to be solved at present in the Pubeioilfield. Nano-micron microsphere deep profile control and flooding technology is a new typeof deep flooding technology, which is put forward in recent years. Nano-micron microsphereshave the characteristics of "blocking big and no blocking small", they could improve therecovery by adjusting the internal heterogeneity of reservoir porous media for many times. So,this paper conducts the research on the numerical simulation of nano-micron microsphere deep profilecontrol and flooding in the Pubei oilfield in order to provide theoretical guidance and technical support forthe effective application of this technology in Pubei oilfield.Firstly using PETREL software to establish the Pubei oilfield fine geological model, thenon the basis of the geological model, conducting water flooding history match after selectingsimulation areas, and describing remaining oil distribution situation, the results show that partof the remaining oil utilization is low due to the imperfect injection-production and wellinterference problems, the oil saturation can reach more than60%. In view of the presentremaining oil distribution situation, based on the support of nano-micron microsphere deepprofile control and flooding mechanism and mathematical model, using nano-micronmicrosphere deep profile control and flooding numerical simulation software to conduct thenano-micron microspheres injection parameter optimization, including the concentration ofinjection, injection volume, injection rate and injection mode optimization, and based on theresults of parameter optimization design different dynamic development plans, Finally get theoptimization project of nano-micron microsphere deep profile control and flooding technology in the Pubeioilfield, namely starting to inject nano-micron microsphere in2013and two slug injection. Firstinjection high concentration of3000mg/L nano-micron microsphere solution of0.0132PV,then injection low concentration of1500mg/L nano-micron microsphere solution of0.0368PV, the total of nano-micron microsphere solution is0.05PV, predicting that the production gains could return in the second year and the cumulative incremental oil is6510.99m3in the3years,the achieved economic benefits are perfect.
