Pubei oilfield is located in the northeast of Tai Ping Tun oilfield. To its north is Gao Tai Zi oilfield.Its south borders Ao Bao Ta oilfield. The block of five and six and seven in Pubei oilfield is the most important blocks in the oil. The stratum situation is relatively complex, the shallow gas in Hei di miao reservoir is very mature and scaled mudstone in the second section of Nenjiang formation which is likely inflated by absorbing water, may cause hole shrinkage and bit-balled or centralizer-balled, so there is high risk to drill in the oil. If some effective efford is applied to drill, complex casing such as sticking,well kick,blowout and so forth maybe break out. In order to make the drilling safe, this text mainly research on the risk of well control and auxiliary technology in the anti-sticking,leak,blowout in this block, we can not only reduce downhole drilling accident and down-hole problem, but also improve drilling speed, project quality, economic benefits.The content analyzes and research on the geological features, the exploration and development process in Pubei oilfield by basic data collecting, and consideration of development and switch of water-injection well in the oil, make the research on ditribution, extraordinary pressure,risk of well control and wellsite operation analysis for shallow gas in the block. With Back-Propagation Neural Networks and factors that impacts on strata pressure, a collecive model is built to predict the strata pressure of Pubei oilfield.Finally, a complete and safe solution to well control is formed, which includes measures for well control and anti-sticking, anti-leaking,anti-blowout while drilling, through utilizing the domestic and abroad excellent experience and approach. Adjust well of block 567 in Pubei oilfield is chosen as a trial target. By the operation in wellsite and amendment times and times, the technology generates specially for the oilfield. In 2015 the technology is applied to thrity-nine wells without any well kick, blowout, even sticking and leaking, and makes safe drilling, drilling acceleration, no blowout accident happening. This research provides technology support to drill in similar geological area.
