| With the growth of our economy, petrochemical industry is having much rapiddevelopment, but there is a major accident possibility in producing and storingammonia. Due to the storage and transportation of pipeline damaged by accident, ammonia leak, If not immediately take measures, it may cause fire, explosion orpoisoning accident. Ammonia belongs to flammable and explosive dangerouschemical gas, In the event of leakage, it will cause serious damage to people’s livesand property. Through the rational use of ammonia gas detector and arrangement inthe event of a leak after ammonia leakage, we can take corresponding emergencymeasures in time. Timely and reliably monitor the concentration of the ammonia in airand the diffusion range, to adopt correct emergency plan, reduce leakage caused byaccident, avoid major property loss and casualties and its important significance. In this paper, the development of computational fluid dynamics software, thebasic principle and different features of current general CFD software are sum up.Through expounding the characteristics of the various modules in the software and itsadvantage to other CFD software and its application in the different areas, we canobtain the reason for choosing Fluent. The the specific process of calculation andanalysis are also described. In this paper, through simulating the ammonia leak diffusion under differentwind speeds, we can obtain that in virtue of the ammonia density is less than thedensity of the air, in the perpendicular direction to the ground the main forces isair buoyancy and ammonia leakage power function, the leaking gas will carry outobliquely upward movement in the atmosphere;According to the simulation results of Fluent and the scene actual situation, Ihave put forward three proposals of ammonia detector installation location, definedthe risk of leakage of the warning area after the accident, put forward the concretemeasures of leakage accident rescue of ammonia and ammonia leakage preventionand control measures on the basis of the above analysis. |
