| This experiment was carried out in an norfloxacin pHarmaceutical factory in Henan Province, and the inlet water of the MBR test device was the effluent sewage of hydrolytic acidification tank, In this experiment,we investigated the operation condition of MBR process for treatment of norfloxacin wastewater and by changing the operating conditions of the device, analysised the treatment effect of various operation parameters and the interaction effect between them, such as water residence time (HRT), sludge loading, sludge retention time (SRT), sludge concentration (MLSS), dissolved oxygen (DO) etc.. Then we obtained the optimal operation parameters of the system and their mutual influence relations in the disposing process of norfloxacin pHarmaceutical wastewater, and analysised the dynamics of degradation and proliferation. The main results are as follows:The reasonable operating range of sludge loading in the system is0.140.33kgCOD/kgMLSS·d and the optimum sludge loading is0.25kgCOD/kgMLSS· D. while the COD volume loading of the system is2.0kgCOD/m3· d. in the treatment of the membrane bioreactor for norfloxacin pHarmaceutical wastewater; The appropriate sludge concentration is6000mg/L~12000mg/L by analyzing the effluent of different sludge concentrations for COD and ammonia;Dissolved oxygen in this MBR experiment system should be maintained at more than1.Omg/L, if the DO is less than1.Omg/L, the treatment effect will be significantly affected by the system. Considering the influence of membrane pollution under low dissolved oxygen, the dissolved oxygen system should be maintained at2.0~3.0mg/L; The sludge age has an inseparable relationship with the effluent quality of system, activity of sludge and sludge loading,. The best running interval of sludge age should be between20~30d; Sludge age and the MLVSS/MLSS value is negatively correlated, in the whole test process, MLVSS/MLSS value of sludge is between0.5~0.7, and most of the time is near0.6; The accumulation of SMP in system may cause adverse effects on effluent quality. If we want to maintain the stable operation of the system, we need to prevent the excessive accumulation of SMP in the system, the formation and degradation of SMP required should achieve balance.Through the dynamic analysis of the reactor, the kinetics constants of sludge proliferation in the system are:Y=0.31mgVSS/mgCOD; Kd=0.01d-1. The kinetic constants of sludge degradation are:Vmax=0.32,Ks=270.22. |
