Ecological migration is one of many ecological environment protection measures, the main adjustment of human and ecological environment problems. Poor, poor ecological environment is the common situation of Xihaigu area, in order to get rid of poverty, the people and the environment repeatedly do struggle, the result is "increasingly poor". Therefore, the environmental protection for the purpose of ecological immigration policy as a result, and has become an important task in solving the problem of poverty and ecological environmental problems, it strives to improve the multiple objectives of people’s living standard and the protection of the ecological environment in this area.
