Advanced manufacturing technology, information technology and network technology widely used, manufacturing capability and manufacturing standards of tire enterprises have been greatly improved. At the same time, the various problems in the management of the tire companies increasingly prominent. Enterprises urgently need the advanced manufacturing technology, information technology and modern management techniques combined and applied to the tire at all stages of the product life cycle, the tire product data, process information, and enterprise resource management, implementation logistics, information flow, value stream integration and optimal operation, in order to improve the enterprise’s innovation capacity and competitiveness.Product Lifecycle Management is an effective way for enterprises to achieve a combination of technology and management. The existing tire product lifecycle management mainly concentrated in the stages of design and manufacturing, and less study in the stage of tire recycling. To study the complete tire product lifecycle management can help improve the information management level and innovation capability of the tire enterprise, solve the environmental pollution caused by waste tires, improve resource utilization, ease of rubber resource-poor dilemma.This article in accordance with the evolution of the tire products, analyzed the life cycle process of the tire production and recycling of resources, studyed the contents of the tire product lifecycle management, waste tire recycling process included in the range of full life cycle management, extension the connotation of the product life cycle, achieve the full life cycle management of "resources-products-resources".According to the key technologie of the tire product lifecycle management, a three-dimensional management framework was proposed in this paper which composed of lifecycle dimension, view dimension and application dimension, established the data model of tire product lifecycle management which the core is the tire product structure and drived by the unified BOM, and built the integration platform which composed of the model layer, data layer and application layer.Waste tire recycling is important content of tire production and recycling of resources. In order to achieve efficient use of resources, on the basis of the study, according to the process of waste tire recycling, studied the technology of the tire information access and management, the processing method of decision-making, process management, recycled products information management. Use the decision-making model of waste tire processing method based on fuzzy cognitive map to solve the problem of waste tire processing method of choice. Application the module of waste tire recycling processing, you can get the information of the various stages of the product life cycle management system, such as the information of design and manufacturing stage, provide the raw data for the waste tire treatment process, so that the waste tire process more scientific and reasonable.According to the study, tire production and resource recycling process life cycle management system can be configured based on a company product lifecycle management system, realized the product data and processes information sharing and interaction in the tire product life cycle. Finally, waste tire recycling process as an example, elaborate the guiding role of the full life cycle management of tire production and resource recycling to product development, process improvements, equipment to optimize, and promote the rapid transformation of the tire companies.
