Water transfer technology is a method to use the water pressure to transfer the Him to the substrate on a printing process. Water transfer film is used to carry part of the ink in the water transfer printing,which has a good water resistance.is the key technology of water transfer.However, as technical constant development,water transfer printing color film quality requirements have become more and more high,the existing detection monitor its quality is not good enough,result in the burst, adhesion problems after shipping.causing serious losses.This paper studies the detection of the inadequacies of the existing water transfer printing film, and proposed flexibility test, the ice water test and the elastic modulus test to for Supple.Control the quality of the water transfer printing film batter.On the other hand,because of the commonly used varnish has disadvantage of poor flexibility and easy to yellowing,have a great impact on the performance of the water transfer printing film.This selection of the Polyketide resins, cellulose acetate butyrate ester Maleic resin, alkyd resin varnish as the raw materials.From varnished flexibility, modulus of elasticity,gloss,second printing time four indicators considerations,developed a new varnish.new varnish is great in flexibility, modulus of elasticity,gloss,second printing time four indicators,has prove water transfer printing film antiknock resistance, weather resistance and reduce the posted construction difficulty.
