With the rapid development of marine economy in China, it is of great strategic significance for the follow-up protection of marine resource and improving the healthy and steady development of marine economy to exploit and use the marine resources reasonably, protect the marine ecological environment effectively and defend and relieve ocean disaster.The need of fast development of economy pushed the rapid rise of offshore oil industry and vigorous development of shipping industry. In2009, China became the second largest oil-importing country in the world, of which the imported oil dependency was high as51.29%, exceeding the warning level of50%. Increasing energy demand gave rise to the risk of oil spill of ships and oil and gas fields. From1973to2006there was a total oil spill of370,000tons in2635ship oil spills in China’s coastal area according to incomplete statistics.Most marine spills are sudden incidents in harsh marine environment and they could bring great damage to the marine ecological environment and incalculable harm to the economic development, human health and public safety of affected areas.Therefore, this article researched the extract of invariant features of oil fingerprint and adaptive multi-scale rapid identification methods, determined quickly the sort and source of the spilled oil, provided technological support for recovering the damaged marine ecological environment and development of theoretical system of sudden marine incident, offered scientific basis to defend and reduce our country’s marine pollution and protect national marine rights and interests. |
