Mineral processing equipment is vital in today’s modern mineral engineering device. Theemergence of a new type of mineral processing equipment can also bring fundamentalprogress and Revolution for beneficiation. Therefore, with increased globalization, more andmore beneficiation workers have devoted significant attention and invested considerablehuman and material resources to research, analyze, and improve mineral processingequipment, which can be optimized to better design of mineral processing equipment. In thisarticle after reviewing and comparing several basic beneficiation institutions both at home andabroad based on related work, a new type of mineral processing equipment was designed.Firstly, the mechanisms of mineral processing equipment were analyzed and summarized.The main Mineral processing equipment has been divided into two research traditions: theelectromagnetic beneficiation and permanent beneficiation, both of them are based on theprinciple of magnetic attraction of chrome ore mineral materials filter, so as to achieve thescreening effect. Compared with this, the new beneficiation equipment is built on thefoundation of a drum-type permanent magnet dressing machine, as the contact surface of thedrum and mineral raw materials which to be selected only about1/4of the drumcircumference, this has leading to screening become inefficient. The new concentratorinnovative chosen the belt permanent beneficiation institutions filter chrome ore material.Contact through this belt will greatly improve the beneficiation and performance efficiency,improves production efficiency, but also reduces energy consumption, what’s more, it can beable to comply with the requirements of environmental protection. Compare the advantagesand disadvantages of these two concentrators, it is rationality and feasibility to proposeconcentrator concept with a permanent magnet.Secondly, in the design and development process of the chromium mineral materialbeneficiation machine, identify the magnetic properties of the various elements in the mineralmaterial is selected identify only chrome ore magnetic precision design magnetic system, andhas a decisive role thus choose materials of permanent beneficiation institutions. Thechromium mineral material beneficiation model was initially established by using theAutoCAD, Pro/E, Ansys software platform optimization study of the fabric area, dressingarea, riving area. After observed through a variety of simulation equipment structure, the formof a study of motion and analyze kinetic theory. The device structure design and optimization,kinematics simulation analysis and dynamics simulation analysis will be the final modelestablishment shall have no need of protection conditions.Lastly, after determine the chromium mineral material beneficiation machine model,themodel was tested, then analysis the test data processing and the simulation results arecompared, derived the beneficiation institutions reliability index, using the electromagneticfield analysis software Ansys set the desired cell type, real constants, material type andparameters, meshing the applied load and result in a high stress distribution, and on this basis,use the Ansys structural optimization module for optimal magnetic system by the structure of the simplified concentrator. Then re-modeling the optimized concentrator and got the finaloptimization results. And on this basis, two-dimensional drawings and process has beendesigned, and ultimately form the detailed drawings of the parts, and the equipment figure.
