It can be better meet the needs of the moderntechnology research of sweater woolen CAD. This paper is on the basis of the classic coilmodels of woolen sweater,such as Pierce model and its derivative. The math method of coilmodels of woolen sweater and corresponding correction models are proposed. NURBS curveand back calculation method of its control points are introduced to realize coil models ofwoolen sweater.the new point of view is Proposed. It can solve the problem of3d simulationof curve of woolen sweater coil.In this paper, mechanism and influence factors of woolen sweater coils is proposed. Thespring-particle model and2d grid model are the method which is introduced to Analysis thedeformation of woolen sweater coil. In order to improve the effect of the simulation, newmethod is put forward.Knitting woolen sweater samples of different types of coils.Undeformed ideal set ring coil wii be used as proportion standard. To get more accurate datawhich produced by the migration of observation points, choose different observation pointson the samples.Using the way of taking the average of five group samples to get the averagedata.The average offset curve can be draw with excel spreadsheets. By correcting, theequation of average deviationcan be obtained. The coordinates of each observation point andoffset ordinates can be obtained. Finally, the Spss analysis software will be used to getdeformation equation. Final curve equation can be got by putting the equation of averagedeviation.2d grid deformation also can be got.The influence factors of the simulation are analyzed. The simulation of the woolensweater is realized by using OpenGL and vc++language. The struct of fabric can be expressedand coil models can be storaged by creating a2d array. Using the if statement to judge thedifferent force.
