We can know from the theory of the smooth and clean spinning thatin the aspect of improving the performance of the fiber to optimize the yarn quality, itprovides a new idea to develop the new type of ring spinning technology: increase theinstantaneous yarn performance of fiber by the effect of heat and moisture, to achieve theobjective that to improve the quality of fiber spinning at last.In the beginning, I ve introduced the research status and the trend of development of ringspinning technology in our country and abroad, and analyzed the features and shortages ofseveral main new type of ring spinning technology. At the same time, elaborated the theory ofsmooth and clean spinning and the transformation of ring spinning frame, then established thegeometric and movement mechanics model of the smooth and clean spinning to analyze. Theconclusions are: the longer the exposed fiber head is, the smaller the fiber diameter is, thesmaller the bending stress is, the easier it is eliminated by twisting, reversing andtransformation it will be. After smooth processing of fiber, the bending stress is beendecreased a lot. Therefore, by put fiber into instantaneous recoverable positioning smoothprocessing, strengthen the control of the procedure of collaborative forming to the silver, thesmooth and clean spinning can be achieved.Through the single factor analysis of the technological parameters in spinning as twistmultiplier of yarn, moisture regain of roving, distance between ceramic face and silver, anddraft multiple in back zone, to test yarn property as the yarn hairiness, yarn evenness andtensile property, and to research how different technological parameters affect the yarnproperty and its reasons, at last, lay the foundation for the production and practice.After the orthogonal experiment of technological parameters as twist multiplier of yarn,moisture regain of roving, contact level between ceramic face and silver, and draft multiple inback zone, use the range analysis and the variance components to analyze the data, the besttechnological parameters of smooth and clean spinning have been got. Based on this, spin theyarn using the best technological parameters from single factor analysis, range analysis andvariance components, then test the yarn quality. After compared, the smooth and cleanspinning yarn using the technological parameters of variance components have the best yarnproperty, so the best technological parameters are: moisture regain of roving is8.9%, distancebetween ceramic face and silver is3mm, twist multiplier is360, and draft multiple in backzone is1.40. The yarn property with the best technological parameters is:3mm hairiness index is15.6per meter, CV value of evenness is18.23and breaking force is306.4cN. |
