Since the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) gets into the international capital market, and the rivalry of the domestic and international market has been aggravated because of China joins the WTO, it is pre-requisite that CNPC learns the experience and technique of the international management, raises the level of the management, raises the competition ability, and gets the support of ERP to promote international competitiveness for competing with the international companies.The LH oil-field company is the framework business enterprise of CNPC. Being the first extension unit of the ERP project of the plate of exploration and development, the LH oil-field company gets the concern and instruction from the business section and professional company of CNPC in the whole processes of the project’s commissioning and actualizing. After actualizing ERP, the LH oil-field has carried out the standardization of the business operation process and business basic information. It has availably integrated the business process of each business unit at the same time and shared the information between the sections such as the marketing department, the purchasing department, the production department and the financial departments.Although the system has been actualized, ERP project of the LH oil-field faces many problems. This paper establishes index system using the way of TQC diagnosis method, completes the evaluation to the management level of the LH oil-field ERP system by building up BP nerve network model and solves the key problem. And then the original dispersed connectionless processes are integrated into an integrated process basing with the system of ERP, to applying for the demand of the LH oil-field business management further.This paper studies the way of the evaluation and the improvement of the business process and operation management after actualizing the ERP system of the LH oil-field using the four steps:investigating the present situation, analyzing the problem, diagnosis&evaluation and putting forward the strategies. It hopes that the obvious ascendant system has the larger customer scale, the wider sharing range, the more advanced technical architecture, the more powerful application function, the more effectively support with the concentrated control and the lower cost of the total function. It has the reference value to the same industry for raising the value of production, operation and management.
