Research On Scaling Mechanism And Removing Technology Of ASP Flooding Oil Pipeline

In the oil field mining development process, sedimentation jam sand fouling is producedand blocked the produced oil pipeline. The Scale caused pipe smaller, the capacity of crude oiltransportation lower, at the same time, it reduces the equipment processing capacity,increases energy consumption, even caused pipeline burst by booming pipeline pressure fromscaling,which do great harm to oilfields normal production.The main research purposes of this paper is to solve the ASP flooding gathering system foulingproblems in Daqing Oilfield in order to improve oilfield technology benefits, economic and social benefits.Main content is on the ASP flooding production gathering system scaling investigation; graspthe various aspects of scaling data; through experiments analysis obstruction pipelinecomponent and the ground water recovery system of each node to of the ASP floodingsystem,determine the causes of oil pipelines fouling siltation, blockage. The primary meaningis through the ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield single well within the pipeline blockageremoval of complex formulations for enhanced oil recovery and oil production revenuecontribution.The analysis showed that the main component of the scale sample is carbonates, silicatesand organic matter. And the water samples mainly composed with ions that generated into thescale like Si⁴⁺、Ca²⁺、OH^-and CO₃^2- and so on. The formation of blockages in the ASPflooding for two main reasons: one is the oil in the pipeline, causing higher organicingredients of obstruction; another is due to the long-term production operation process,accumulate a large number of ions into the scale: for example Si⁴⁺,Mg²⁺, Ca²⁺, CO₃^2-, etc.,resulting in the pipeline to generate a large number of inorganic scale, and because thepipeline there are a lot of suspended solids, also for scale formation provides favorableconditions.According to the actual scaling condition of the oilfield, considering the impact ofvarious conditions ultimately determine the most appropriate clearing formula. Cleaningformulations for economic evaluation optimize it again to get the final pickling descalingformulations. While cleaning formulations for field application, its detection and evaluation ofcleaning effect to achieve the desired cleaning effect and requirements.
