48t/h coal fired boiler, which can be injected steam into over ten oil wells at the same timefor such oil production technologies as steam drive, is the max. tonnage boiler in LiaoheOilfield at present.Fueled as coal, this boiler, adopting travelling grate stoker and once-through forcedcirculation technology, consists of boiler proper, firing system, fuel system, steam watercircuit, slag treatment system, smoke system, control system, and power-off protection system.By using layered coal-feed technology, this coal fired steam boiler will allocate the coal to thechain grate uniformly according to its grain size in order to reduce coal leakage. Air requiredby fuel combustion will be supplied by general duct, air distribution controller, air chamber aswell as travelling grate to ensure uniform air distribution; front arch, hogging, and rear archare set within the furnace will intensify firing to guarantee the combustion; new R&Dtechnology, elastic membrane type waterwall, which has been adopted to the furnace, willoptimize the arrangement for radiation heating surface, enhance heat absorption capacity andwhole thermal insulation for furnace, and then lighten the boiler loading. Meanwhile, theinvented intelligent power-off protect system driven by diesel engine will keep the boiler safewhen such unexpected accidents as power failure occurs; with the help of multiple shufflingtechnology, syngenetic technology for heated surface, flowrate monitoring and trimmingtechnology, thermal deviation and flow deviation in boiler of large evaporation and many pipebundles can be solved to provide technical support for large steam boiler development. Air preheater and ash cleaner on line have been installed to the rear heated surface of the boiler toimprove thermal efficiency and save energy consumption; there is an ash setting room in thefurnace for initial dusting and reducing the original discharged dust consistence by10%; two–stage dusting and desulfidation device with dry or wet process outside of the boiler ensuresthat the index of exhaust gas meets the standard of national one-class region; advancedautomatic control system covering stable feed water and closed loop control, fuzzy control forwater, fire and wind etc., keeps the boiler run stably and operated expediently andcomfortably.At present, this coal fired boiler is applied to many oilfields; its performance andparameters related to safety&environment have met the design requirement and nationalstandard. The boiler, featured as stable running, high thermal efficiency and wide optionalcoal, can be competent for steam and production in oilfield with creating production valuehundreds of millions ofYuan in sales and steam injection.
