The casing test link must go through after the oil and gas well cementing,combinedwith the in-situ stress,formation temperature and other factors on casing and cement ringcombination produced additional load,the geometry size of casing-cement ring combinationproduced deformation.The elastic deformation ability of casing and cement ring weredifferent,bearing the same load, the deformation rate was inconsistent.After unload,thecementation condition between casing and cement ring(the first interface),cement ring andformation of rock(the second interface)will be changed.Under the condition of highload,may be give rise to the cement ring body damage,cementing interface tear and otherforms of structural failure,the effect of cement ring sealing was endangered.This paper based on the mechanics effect relationship analysis of casing-cement ring-formation combination as the foundation,supplemented by related theory, finite elementmechanics model was be built up,the influence and restriction factors of casing and cementring structure integrity were be analyzed.the simulation in view of actual working conditionon site be calculated, the structural integrity has be evaluated, put forward effective waysand technical measures to improve the structure integrity of the casing and cement ring,toimplement high quality well cementing construction and protection of the normalproduction of oil and gas well has important significance.At the same time, to analyze andsolve the gas well production process annulus leak,such problems as part of the constructionparameters optimization design has a certain guiding significance and application value.
