Hydraulic fracturing individualization design, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of formation rock mechanics parameters of each well are very important in addition to the static and dynamic data of product system.In this paper, measuring time-difference of compression wave and horizontal wave of rock samples though indoor triaxial test and ultrasonic rock parameter determinator, the calculation of wave velocity of compression wave and horizontal wave, combination mathematical model with field conduct curve will fit empirical formula, and elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of each well are determined by recursion method and achieve very good accuracy. Optimization designs are studied through the rock parameters and implement field test of 10 wells. Though comparison with the 10 wells which do not implement field test, availability increases by 6.7 percentage point and the average oil productive capacity of single well increases by 1.2 ton and effectiveness of optimization measure is achieved.
