Abstract/Summary:
Fuyu comprehensive adjustment oil reconstruction project is a key project in Chinathe old oil adjustment transformation, through the use of unheated gathering andtransportation technology, low-temperature dehydration of crude oil and lowtemperature sewage treatment technology to optimize the overall layout. The three jointstand together as one, then switch to26stations was reduced to five; optimize thestation layout, to complete engineered to guarantee the normal production of the oldsystem to the original station. Through adjusting, optimizing simplifies the process,reduces the investment and operation cost, achieve the goal of energy saving andconsumption reducing.In this article, through the analysis and field of crude oil physical property test, findout the influence to each other for the oilfield unheated gathering and transportationtechnology of boundary conditions of various factors. Determine unheated gathering andtransportation of the boundary conditions, forming a set of normal complete Fuyu oilfieldgathering and transportation technology. Through the development and testing ofscreening25℃dehydration temperature demulsifier--low temperature demulsifier RI51belongs to a novel treatment agent developed by the authors, is an innovative product.The demulsifier at low temperatures (24℃-30℃) has good demulsificationdehydration effect, and low dosage (20-50mg/L) crude oil demulsification under lowtemperature, oil-water separation, and determined the dehydration temperature anddehydration process.
