| With the development of more and more waxy crude oil at home and abroad,it is particularly important to study the restarting problem of parked crude oil.In the study of waxy crude oil stop and restart on the issue,the establishment of waxy crude oil stop and restart the loop experimental device is an important means of research,both in theoretical research and engineering practice,both hold an important position.In this paper,based on the design requirements and the related design specifications,an indoor loop experimental device is designed on the basis of full consideration of its functional requirements,draws the experimental device flow chart,equipment layout,test section,tank structure diagram.The experimental pipeline system,temperature control system,instrumentation and measurement and control system were designed.Secondly,based on the basic conditions of the ring road experimental device and the basic physical parameters of the oil samples,the verification and verification of the hydraulic and thermal power are carried out.Some problems and deficiencies of the loop device were found,which were improved.Finally,the application of the loop experimental device to simulate the start-up,operation,shutdown and restart process of the Xinjiang karamay waxy crude oil in pipeline is studied,and the influence of various factors on the restart pressure of shutdown is studied.These factors include:standing time,Heat treatment temperature,shutdown temperature,restart frequency,restart temperature,static cooling rate.The experimental method was used to verify the rationality and feasibility of experimental design.Through the above work,it is reasonable to verify the design of the experimental device from two aspects of theoretical calculation and experiment,which can fully meet the requirements of restarting the waxy crude oil.The experimental data obtained are reliable.It is of great significance for further study on the further restart of the following waxy crude oil. |
