The thesis aims at studies on synthesis of anti-HIV natural product Chloropupukeananin, and synthesis of Isatisine A key intermediate, mainly including the following three chapters:Chapter1:Studies on synthesis of anti-HIV natural product Chloropupukeananin:Chlo r-opupukeananin, the first pupukeanane chloride which was isolated from plant endophytes (Pestalotiopsis fici), Biogenetically, Chloropupukeananin could be derived from the Diels-Al der adduct of iso-A82775C and pestheic acid.Based on biomimetic synthetic pathway of C hloropupukeananin,we designed biomimetic synthetic routes for Chloropupukeananin. We s ynthesis the key intermediate compound5and natural product iso-A82775C. Synthesis of the compound iso-A82775C, we easily obtained on a commercial o-methoxy phenol as a starting material, The key reaction is diene and the reaction of singlet oxygen, as well as the ring-opening of an epoxy bond.Chapter2:Studies on synthesis of Isatisine A key intermediate:Isatisine A was isolated from the leaves Isatis indigotica Fort, named Da-Qing-Ye.It is a novel alkaloi d with potential anti-HIV biological activity. On the base of extensive literature research,we proposed its possible biomimetic synthetic pathway and designed the synthetic routes. In this chapter,we introduce synthesis of four precursor compounds in the synthesis of Isatisine A. we synyhesis bis-indole ketone derivative and three glucose derivative with indole and3,4,6-triacetylglucal as starting material which we can easily obtained from commercial. And it is a solid foundation for we final synthesis of natural product (-)-Isatisine A with8steps and in8.6%total yield.Chapter3:Research progress of anti-HIV natural products:Natural products has become an important source of anti-HIV drugs, this chapter summarizes the natural products from sources structure and activity which we isolated from microbial origin, marine origin and terrestrial and animals natural products, a total of review106literature.
