| Stamp charging coke-making technology, which can expand the flexibility of coal source for coke-making, improves the quality of coke and reduces the cost, is widely used around the world since it came into the world. It is adopted and researched by China since1990s, however, the research on stamp charging mainly focus on the blending ratio of coal. Materials about stamp machine cannot be found easily.There is not a capable constitutive model can simulate the stress variation inside the coal cake which is stamped directly by the hammer, and the experiment method is too expensive. Therefore, it is not clearly known about the load of the coal box and the load of steel structure of the stamp charging car during the stamp process. On the other hand, the design of stamp charging car in China is in the phase of analogy design. Relation between stamp technological parameters and stamp property is not known clearly. This situation definitely will block the development of stamp technology of our country.Therefore, in order to obtain a capable constitutive model for stamping coal cake simulation and to research the relation between stamp technological parameters and stamp property, then optimizes the technological parameters of stamp charging car. The following work has been done:(1) The code of Duncan-Chang model has been simplified by analyzing the numerical calculation process of Duncan-Chang model. In order to make Duncan-Chang more capable for stamping coal cake simulation, the calculation program has been rewritten.(2) The calculation results of original Duncan-Chang model have been analyzed and it has been pointed out that the confining stress and passion ratio of the coal cake is unreasonable. To obtain reasonable confining stress and passion ratio, the Duncan-Chang model has been revised by controlling the value of key parameters of calculation process.(3) Duncan-Chang model which ignore the intermediate principle stresses cannot be used in plane-strain question such as stamping coal cake. Hence, three methods by which intermediate principle stresses were considered have been analyzed and a constitutive model which is capable for stamping coal cake calculation has been finally obtained.(4) Appropriate parameters have been acquired as the indicators and factor of orthogonal experiment according to the existing design parameters of stamp charging car and actual working condition. Orthogonal experiment scheme was designed and carried out in ABAQUS. and then the optimal stamp technological parameters have been obtained by analyzing the calculation results.In this paper, a revised Duncan-Chang model which is capable for stamping coal cake calculation has been obtained; it has been figured out that how the technological parameters which are related to the stamp work influence the stamp efficiency; a group of optimal technological parameters has been obtained. |
