Along with our country economy development, urbanization process accelerating, theshortage of resources and environmental pollution has become a prominent problem in thedevelopment of society. In order to solve these problems, our Chinese government in terms oftrash recycling and processing to do a lot of work, and according to statistics, recycledmaterials recovery has low effect by only40%rate. At present renewable resources recoverymarket has two problems between buyers and the sellers. Sellers’ resource saving andenvironment protection consciousness is not high. A lot of precious reuse resources arediscarded everywhere due to lazy to sell not worth to sell. This cause environmental pollutionand waste of reuse resources and this runs counter to the government advocated by savingresources environmental protection. Buyers are difficult to become to a big scale. Individualvendors who have little norms or standards make waste materials corner and producesecondary pollution, and a series social problems.In environmentalists’ opinion, the trash recycling is the resource that put the wrongplaces and there is no real garbage. At present trash recycling rate is low because kinds oftrash are mixed and hard to reuse. Based on the social status, market and residents’ opinioninvestigation, we develop a recovery device that based on barcode recognition can recoverdrink bottle. This system includes RFID technology, embedded technology, etc and realizedrink bottle including plastic bottle, paper bottle glass bottle and aluminum bottle to recover.Hardware aspects include card reader module and recovery module. Software set upμC/OS-II embedded system platform. This thesis completes the design of card reader basedon RC500chip, and completes IC card reading and writing function. This thesis realizes maincontroller’s control of stepping motor. This thesis finishes μC/OS-II system’s transplantation on S3C2410, and successfully communicates with RC500to controls card reader work for ICcard to add and subtract electronic wallets.Because this system pays money back to people, so people will be promoted theirpassion for recycling processing. This system will become a part of the future Internet ofthings intelligent city in China, intelligent community, intelligent part of the campus, and ithas great research significance.
