| CNC gear measuring center is a precision automation measurement equipment in the integration of computer information technology, precision mechanical transmission technology, precision measurement technology and other modern high-tech technology, and the motion control system is one of the key technologies. A four axes motion control card is to design in the original CNC gear measuring center platform, provided a basis for further upgrading in the future.In order to improve motion control accuracy and speed of data processing, a new control system used DSP+CPLD hardware design scheme as a whole. A new control system is used/applied by a whole DSP+CPLD hardware design scheme in order to improve motion control accuracy and speed of data processing. The DSP was as the main data processor, and CPLD assisted to finish four axes coordinated motion. In the control process, the quadratic interpolation algorithm was adopted in the data processing, and DSP used time division method to make data segmentation, then CPLD output data through the piecewise DDA quadratic interpolation, using the CAMAC bus to communicate with the upper computer, to satisfy the requirement of the data transmission speed and stability, etc. The two worked together so as to greatly improve the data processing ability of the movement control card.The hardware was designed based on DSP+CPLD motion control card, including the clock circuit, power circuit, the CPLD circuit, D/A conversion circuit, etc. Position control, interpolation algorithm and speed control were mainly studied, focusing on analyzing a very effective data sampling interpolation algorithm in trajectory data processing-time division method which was mended according to the requirements of the motion control card design so as to improve the interpolation accuracy. On the basis of the design of hardware circuit and control algorithm, the software of the motion control card was designed, including the main program, various kinds of interrupt service program and CPLD. Through the hardware debugging and theoretical analysis, the feasibility and effectiveness of subject design were confirmed. |
