With the development of science and technology, the products whichmanufacturing customers demand turn into varieties, variable batch and complicatedstructure. However, the digital manufacturing workshop nowadays whose productionorganization pattern is mainly the single small batch cannot accomplish the demandsof the varieties and variable batch of the products with the bad response of themarket and information interaction, weak information control system of workshop.In order to change the present situation of digital manufacturing workshop, thispaper conducts a plausible program of the part productions’ processes with theapplication of reconfigurable manufacturing technology which is built based onDNC network, and then solves the shortage of numerical control equipment’smachining capacity and other problems.At first, this paper analyses the development of manufacture model, expoundsthe system theory foundation and development process of reconfigurablemanufacturing, introduces the characteristics and composition of reconfigurablemanufacturing system and discusses the competition advantage and the keytechnology of reconfigurable manufacturing system in the advanced manufacturingmodel.Secondly, this paper conducts the research of digital manufacture workshopprocessing planning, which is including of introducing the dividing method of partfamily, carrying on the elaboration of the family of parts processing informationdescription method, analyzing the organization operation of digital manufacturingworkshop, bringing the needs of the digital manufacturing workshop on productionprocess reconstruction, information control reconstruction and logistics systemreconstruction.Last, this paper carries on the transformation of the composite machine underthe requirements of process, which realizes one-time process work piece clamping positioning, completes the process from work piece to finished products, improvedthe efficiency of machining accuracy and production, shortens the production cycleand enhances the workshop CNC equipment reconfigurability. With the applicationof ANSYS software, this paper conducts the static mechanics finite element analysison main parts of drill milling for proving the characteristics of box and drilling andmilling spindle activity mechanics. Through analyzing the needs of digitalmanufacturing workshop on reconfigurable information control system, this paperconstructs the modular information control platform based on the DNC.
