Measurement And Evaluation Research On The Pressure Performance Of The Tight Knitted Clothing

With the development of society, people wear clothes not only to shield body and keep warm, but also to pursue beauty and health. The tight knitted clothing becomes more and more popular for its good elasticity and clothing fitness. Tight knitted clothing such as yoga clothes, shapewear and swimwear can be seen all over the market. People also pay more attention to garment comfort and functionality, and they require physiological and psychological satisfaction at the same time. Clothing pressure is an important and indispensable parameter of comfortable clothing, however, clothing pressure performance prediction research is still in its initial stage, and it’s of great importance to for studying clothing comfortable and designing dresses to measure clothing pressure.This thesis aimed to analyze the clothing pressure performance of tight knitted fabrics based on their elongation, ample quantity and materials. The main works are as follows:Use developed pressure measuring system and OptiTex3D part to measure clothing pressure, and analyze the relationship between clothing pressure and elongation, ample quantity, materials, and give advice to the choice of clothing material and style; Developed an OptiTex pressure system for pressure prediction. The content of this thesis is mainly included four parts as following:1. The parameter and performance test and analysis of knitted fabricsSelect four kinds of elastic knitted fabrics which are widely used in tight knitting clothing, and test longitudinal and horizontal density by Y511B fabric density mirror, thickness by YG141N digital fabric thickness gauge, elastic properties by YG065H digital fabric tensile strength tester.2. The preparation of tight knitted clothingIn order to analyze the cloth pressure of OptiTex3D model and intelligent human body model at the same time, this thesis choose the united style of tight knitted clothing. Make sample dres with the four materials according to different elongation.3. The test of clothing pressure with intelligent human body model Remain the material of cloth and the size of human body unchanged, and study the clothing pressure of different elongation. Analyze the impact of clothing ample quantity on clothing pressure, and the clothing ample quantity can be changed by expanding and compacting. Remain the size of human body and clothing elongation unchanged, and study the impact of material on clothing pressure.4. The test of clothing pressure with OptiTex3D modelThis paper develops a new clothing pressure testing system with the help of OptiTex system, and test clothing pressure based on the tension tools of OptiTex3D part. Set up clothing pressure prediction system to provide convenient testing method.
