Study On Ecological And Environmental Effects Of Regional Land Use Change Of Mountain Area In Southwest Of Sichuan

Human survival depended on the land and the development also attached to the land, the land was one of the most basic natural resources. Regional land uses were results of the long-term interaction of environmental conditions and human economic activities. The deeper causes of most ecological and environmental problems that human faced were related to land use, therefore, the ecological environment could directly or indirectly reflect the reasonable of land use. This article attempted to study the evolution of regional land use and ecological processes in time and space scales, and fingered out the relationgship and interaction between them. Then revealed the ecological effects of land use changes, to provide a scientific basis on sustainable use of land resources.In this article, I chose parts of Panzhihua as an example, and studied the space-time evolvement of land use patterns and regional differences based on GIS and RS. Then analyzed the regional eco-environment of land use changes by combination of the theory on regional eco-environmental,selected the biomass coefficient method proposed by Costanza et al. to quantify the size of the impact that land use changes effected on regional ecological environmental,and tested the correlation between regional land use changes and ecological environmental effects by SPSS13.0. Then made targeted recommendations, which were conducive to the sustainable development of land use in regional area,based on the above studies from four aspcts,adjusting the industrial structure,making urban planning reasonably,developing circular economy comprehensively and building a harmonious system of people and land.The main conclusion of this study were the following,(1) Studies on regional land use change in the study area showed that, in the four study periods which between1989and2008status of land use had changed a lot in both timing and spatial. Notable feature of land use change were other land use types continuously transferred to the land for construction, and the regional land use degree became deeper and deeper.(2)There were correlation between land use change and environment change in the study area. In the four study periods, the total ecosystem services value of the regional land use were a phase change, but the total value of18years only reduced1.21×106yuan. Terrestrial ecosystems which played a major supporting role were woodland and water, and the efficiency and stability of the ecological environment in suberbs (Renhe District) also played a good effect to maintain regional ecological service value.(3)Made targeted recommendations, which were conducive to the sustainable development of land use in regional area,based on the above studies from four aspcts,adjusting the industrial structure, making urban planning reasonably,developing circular economy comprehensively and building a harmonious system of people and land.
