Intensibe, the large-scale swine farm manure has far exceeded the emissions of industrial waste has become the main source of nonpoint source pollution. Therefore, the manure generated by the development process in the pig industry on soil pollution has become a problem in China’s agriculture that is an important issue of sustainable development.Through the outdoor simulated soil column test in this thesis,Configured as a proportion of sandy clay and sand were0%(F1group),30%(F2group),50%(F3gr-oup),70%(F4group)and100%(F5group) of the soil, and then these soils are filled with PVC pipe, the purpose is to study the changes in soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and other indicators of manure infiltration infiltration after a certain time with soil depth. To reveal the manure application on soil and groundwater pollution factors and the pig farm storage pits(at the bottom of hardened cement leak or overflow) in the manure storage and use of different types of soil pollution and the impact of the law and the relationship between the possibility of contamination and groundwater level and soil,In order to probide a scientific basis for farm siting and manure as a fertilizer resource utilization technology development.Through research, the following conclusions:(1) of the soil column device stable during the trial period, the effect of soil adsorption on pig manure water pollutants meet the design requirements.(2) The test measured the pig manure water, total phosphorus, total copper and zinc concentrations were higher than the emission standards of pig manure water filtration through the soil, removing the effect of stable sandy ratio of0%,30%and50%of soil water, organic matter in pig manure, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total copper and zinc adsorption capacity greater proportion of sandy soil was70%and100%pig manure water, organic matter, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, full of copper and zinc adsorption capacity is small.(3) under the same conditions as other cases, the low sediment concentration in soil of pig manure water pH values.lower rate than the high silt content of soil. As sediment concentration increases soil pH values.decreased with increasing soil depth of each soil pH value decline gradually. (4) with increasing soil depth within the soil column device, the soil adsorption of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total copper and zinc content gradually decreased.(5) with the extension of the pig manure and water infiltration time, the soil adsorption of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total copper and zinc content gradually increased, the90d when organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, copper, and total Zn adsorption the largest amount.(6) pig manure infiltration of water at different times, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total copper and zinc in the soil of sandy proportion migrate different depths. The same time, with the increase of sediment concentration, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, copper, and total Zn migration depth gradually increased, the60d in the high silt content of soil (sandy ratio of70%and100%soil) of pig manure water, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total copper and zinc to migrate to the bottom of the system (300cm).Visible,low silt content of soil will reduce manure nitrogen, phosphorus, copper and zinc to the deep soil penetration and sediment concentration higher soil nitrogen, phosphorus, copper and zinc quickly penetrate to the bottom, in this experiment has penetrated into the system, resulting in the lowest soil nitrogen, phosphorus, copper and zinc adsorption capacity of the high silt content, the possibility of groundwater contamination within the300cm soil.(7) pig manure water application can improve soil microbial activity,60d and90d, the high sediment concentration group catalase activity and the highest urease activity, the highest microbial activity and low sediment concentration group catalase activity and urease activity, microbial activity is also low. To120d, with the increase of sediment concentration, urease activity decreased activity of the microbial decomposition of nitrogen compounds decreased with increasing sediment concentration. The test results show that the design of the test soil column device with low silt content of soil as a filler, adsorption can be a good pig manure water, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, copper and zinc, can make pig manure water pollutant concentration decreased.
