Triacetonamine appears great application prospect as intermediates of Hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). Acetone and ammonia was used to synthesis triacetonamine with solid acide heterogeneous catalyst. D001#strongly acidic ion exchange resin, DK110#weakly acidic ion exchange resin. K10montmorillonite supported with various ions through ion exchanging was used as catalyst and their catalytic activity was studied; Fe3+-D001resin has the high catalytic activity; The Fe3+-D001resin catalyst was characterized by infrared spectra, uv-vis spectra, scanning electron microscope; Related reaction process was optimized, including reaction pressure, reaction temperature and flux of ammonia; When reaction pressure was0.1Mpa, reaction temperature was80℃and the time of pumping ammonia was2h. yield of triacetonamine was high; Catalytic activity of catalyst was reduced when Fe3+-D001resin catalyst was reused over5times. Accumulation of By-products in the catalyst surface was the main reason for decline in activity.Dicyclopentadienyl cobalt is similar to the ferrocene which was belong to the family of metallocene compounds and also has important application in catalytic fields. Synthetic route used to prepation Dicyclopentadienyl cobalt has advantage such as short procedure, simple operation, mild reaction condition and good yield up to50%. Dicyclopentadienyl cobalt was characterized by melting point instrument, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.
