Analysis Of Hebei Southern Power Grid Of Desulfurzation And Denitrification Technology

This article introduced widely used technology and process principles of the current domestic and international thermal power plant desulfurization and denitrification. Combined with the country new thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards (GB1322-2011),a detailed survey and analysis of more than ten generating units of Hebei South desulfurization and denitrification system was carried out. Hebei south network all installed the desulfurization system, mainly using the wet FGD desulfurization system. The advatantages and disadvatanges were obtained through the investigation and study of Hebei south network operation. Optimization measures were put forward concerning the system design, equipment operation, coal quality, combustion conditions and other aspects. Optimization research of desulfurization system scaling, plugging, SO2absorption efficiency, calcium sulfite oxidation efficiency, gypsum handling system, desulfurization additive and main operation parameters was conducted. The ratio of thermal power plant installed with denitration system was less than30%which was not optimistic. Optimization research of low NOx combustion technology and flue gas denitration technology was carried out on the existing denitration system, while comprehensive analysis of denitration system operation design and the design of the environmental benefits economic benefits was conducted based on the present situation and the unit operation parameters of the power plant without denitration system. The analysis of this article would had a effect of positive reference and direct action to safe, stable, and economic operation of desulfurization units of power plants in Hebei south network, which had a good popularization value, can promote progress and development of China’s coal-fired power plant desulfurization denitration technology and won a better economic and environmental benefit in coal-fired power plant.
