With the high-speed development of China economy, the production of municipal refuse has rapidly increased year by year. Waste incineration with the fastest speed can achieve garbage reduction, resource and safe treatment goals. This provided an opportunity to waste incineration power.Based on one9MW waste incinerator The process of waste incinerator equipment was researched and discussed specifically, and the emphasis is on the heat transfer characteristics in the furnace. According to these characteristics, and adopt the thought of regionalization, the dynamic mathematical model was established.Though by means of mathematical models to study the furnace characteristics can not completely replace the test, and the mathematical model also relies on experiments to verify, simulation modeling techniques has provided new research methods, which have certain of significance in the theory and practice.Combination of the actual situation, a two stage reciprocating waste incinerator as the research subject, and consideration the physical and chemical processes of combustion, heat transfer within the furnace, the paper established the dynamic combustion model in the furnace. On IMMS model development platform, the mathematical model was translated to program using Fortran language, and added it to the algorithm library, called the corresponding algorithm when a module is created in the platform. On this basis, the disturbance simulation test of the amount of fuel, the amount of air, the fuel moisture and other parameters was done, and obtained the real-time curve of the main parameters of the boiler. Simulation results show that the model accurately reflects the dynamic characteristics of the waste incinerator, and the research will play a very good theoretical guidance for the design and optimal operation of the boiler.
