There are high-rate of unsaturated fatty acid and vitamin, microelements etc.being good for health in tea-seed oil.Tea-seed oil is the high quality vegetable oil.Tea-seed oil in the production process may generate high activity indirectly carcinogen-benzopyrene.Although the 《the camellia oil》(National Standard, GB11765-2003) and 《edible vegetable oil healthy standards》(National Standard. GB2716-2005) regulated the residue of benzopyrene highest limited to10μg/kg, if the benzopyrene contents inside tea-seed oil products in the marketed closed to the highest value, long-term consumption for the same products could be accumulation and health hazards.In order to minimize the amount of benzopyrene residues inside tea-seed oil,based on the density difference between tea-seed oil and benzopyrene, using centrifugal and frozen to realize solid and liquid separation, researched how to reduce benzopyrene content in tea-seed oil, then make improvement for food-grade tea-seed oil refining processing using centrifugal, frozen removal of benzopyrene, main findings of research are as follows:1. Selected two kind of materials for separating tea-seed oil and benzopyrene, they are:the substance A:(micro nasal No.2,80%food grade) and (Anhydrous sodium acetate,20%, food grade); the substancesB:a (bio-pottery,80%) and (Anhydrous sodium acetate,20%, food grade); the substances.2. Added the substances A and the substances B apart into each tea-seed oil sample, stratification by centrifugation after full adsorption,then put into the refrigerating box setted temperature-1℃,-2℃,-3℃,-4℃,-5℃. When the layer of separation substances is sufficiently coagulated, separated the solid and liquid, inspected the benzopyrene content inside the solid and liquid at room temperature.The results shown that substance A can be able to remove86.7%,87.5%,88.4%,89%,89.4%of benzopyrene from tea-seed oil; substance B can be able to remove87.5%,88.1%,89.1%,90.3%,90.9%of benzopyrene from tea-seed oil. The removal rate for substance A&B:B group> group A.The solid-liquid two-phase separation method to remove the residual of benzopyrene inside tea-seed oil is feasible and effective.3. Compare the required time and the separated amount of benzopyrene by the two separate substances in the five freezing temperature, considering the temperature and time, selected the separation substances A, temperature-4℃,the freezing time28min to be the technical parameters for improving the refining process of tea-seed oil,because of the max.removal rate of benzopyrene reached91.8%using separation substance A. 4. Based on the working procedure of traditional refining process.designed two improvement programs. Under the same conditions, respectively refined the same batch of primary tea--seed oil by the traditional techniques and the two improved process, then determined the benzopyrene content inside the refined tea-seed oil. Contrast benzopyrene content results:the the benzopyrene content in the primary tea-seed oil is18.55μg/kg; the benzopyrene content of refined oil by traditional process is8.17μg/kg, the removal rate of benzopyrene by traditional craft is55.96%; the benzopyrene content inside tea-seed oil refined by No.1improved processing is1.76μg/kg, and benzopyrene removal efficiency of90.51%; the benzopyrene content inside tea-seed oil refined by No.2improved processing is1.63μg/kg, and benzopyrene removal rate of91.21%. The Improved process for removing the remains of benzopyrene form tea-seed oil is obvious and the improvement of refining process get successful.5.According to the characteristics of quality indicators in the national standard 《camellia seed oil》(National Standard, GB11765-2003), inspected the quality of the refined tea-seed oil produced by improved refining process. All of the quality characteristics of the tea-seed oil meet the national standards.Improvement for refined process get success.
