Abstract/Summary:
Multi-channel combinational machine tools is mass production of equipment formechanical products, high efficiency and economy, widespread applications. Thetraditional combinational machine tools major components of movement is driven bythe hydraulic system, a complex mechanical structure, processing a single species, alack of flexibility, but a CNC combinational machine simplify the structure, the use ofparametric programming, can processing of different products without mechanicaladjustment of institutions. CNC system has now predominate at home and abroad, butalso rarely open CNC system, there is little domestic multi-channel mix suitable formachining characteristics of the system, a suitable combination of foreign multi-axismachining CNC system group, but expensive and programming complexity.This paper describes the open CNC system based on the PMAC multi-axis motioncontroller, suitable for multi-channel combinational machine tools used. Firstly, basedon the characteristics of the multi-channel combinational machine tools, building theIPC machine for PC, with PMAC movement control cards as the core of a machineunder to structure, PC and combining parallel PMAC formed double CPU open CNCsystem hardware structure. At the same time, by means of high-level language VB6.0todevelop numerical control system, design a suitable for combinational machine toolsnumerical control system characteristics of the man-machine interface, use PMAC bringPcomm32communication driver and Pcomm32.dll dynamic link library tocommunicate between the upper and lower machine. Secondly, in order to obtain goodsteady characteristics and dynamic characteristics, improve the machining accuracycombination machine tools, set up the system of modular machine tool digital errormodel, using the PID controller on the system’s control loop calibration and adjustment.Finally, by using communication Modbus agreement read the absolute servo drivelocation data and give processing procedure, to avoid the interference and boot back to zero power of the process, improve processing efficiency and achieve the combinationalmachine tools of have no back to zero processing.Based on the combination of the PMAC NC system to provide users withparametric zero programming, to improve program efficiency and quality, to achieve acombination of automatic processing machines.
