At present our country peanut processing and comprehensive utilization is mainly used for oil, peanut meal yet further deep processing of large proteins, resulting in serious waste of resources. While a minority of low temperature pressing production of peanut oil defatted peanut powder, containing a higher protein, soluble nitrogen index (NSI) is very high, it can be used in food additives. Therefore, in peanut oil preparation process for preparing peanut oil and peanut protein two both new technology essential.Peanut protein isolate is commonly by alkaline extraction and acid precipitation and ultrafiltration membrane method to produce, its protein content is85%-90%, or higher.
