The Feasibility Study On Annual Output10,000Tons Of Peanut Protein Concentrate Alcohol Extraction And Process Design

In this paper, a feasibility study was carried out on production of peanut proteinconcentrate alcohol extraction. The process design on the annual output of10,000tons ofpeanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction was completed.This feasibility study is based on the Light construction project feasibility study report ofthe contents of the depth of the provisions（QBJS5-2005） and the Regulations to compilefeasibility study report of grain engineering project and the construction of current foodrelated policies, regulations, norms and standards.By useing cold pressed peanut to producepeanut oil and edible protein, and using the cold pressed peanut to produce Peanut proteinconcentrate alcohol extraction, the project is writen according to the request of ZengzhouHuiFeng food Co., LTD. Through the product markets, production technology, energy supply,environmental protection and energy saving, investment, economic and other aspects, Iprepared the feasibility study report of this project. This report mainly examines the followingpoints.(1)This paper carries out project investment analysis containing competitive edge andcompetitive disadvantages. By discussing the current of cold pressed peanut oil and proteinstatus and development of the industry trends, we would know that the rigid growth of theproduct demand will remain steady in the future.While the cold pressed peanut oil and proteinconcentrate expansion of the industry trend is not strong, entering the current market is moreappropriate.(2)The natural conditions of construction site, social and economic conditions,and transportation are evaluated.(3) Plant engineering technology program were studied todetermine the production of technical solutions, the main process conditions, parameters andequipment selection were identified and the auxiliary and supporting facilities were brieflydescribed. According to the site with detailed information by Zengzhou HuiFeng food Co.,LTD, a total floor plan was completed, design covers an area of150acres.(4) Through thetheoretical calculations of the value of energy consumption of water and electricityconsumption were estimated.(5)Strictly in accordance with national environmental laws andregulations, and actively reduce the production level of security risk and improve the level ofindustrial hygiene.(6)According to the finance analysis and the project is very adaptive to themarket.(7)The project is feasible, strategical and beneficial based on the careful evaluation ofthe market, products, technology, project construction and management, etc.In the part of process design, it includes the design of200tons/day pre-cold-pressed peanut plant,50tons/day peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction workshop,80tons/day of crushing plant of peanut protein and peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction,90tons/day plant of cold-pressed peanut oil refining. The workshop process flow diagram, themain workshop equipment layout and floor plan of total plant were completed.
