This paper proceed systematically studied about the pollution status, the source of the pollution and the allocation proportion cased by N and P in Xinlicheng Reservoir.It provides theory basis for changing and improving the water quality and puts forward some effective measures to control and prevention. It also has important significance for Water environment management of Xinlicheng Reservoir, provide technical support for the government’s decision and protection of aquatic ecological environment. Conclusions are as follows:The water quality of Xinlicheng Reservoir stabilities basically in III kind of water quality standards, and there is no Industrial pollution sources surrounding the reservoir, but the service business and the urban sewage from the residents in Xinhu City and Leshan City influence water sources and water quality. The sewage discharged into the Xinlicheng Reservoir finally by surface runoff and soil filter. They are the main way point-source pollution of the water sources.The main pollution sources in water sources protect district of Jingyue in Xinlicheng Reservoir is non-point source pollution:(1) The local potential losses of life rubbish in pollutants is about TN6.74t/a and TP2.63t/a. This part of the pollutants will pollute ground water directly along with the landfill leachate treatment and loss in rainy season, cause the non-point source pollution which is difficult controlled.(2) The discharge of TN is4.59t/a in life sewage, and the discharge of NH3-N among them is2.35t/a, the discharge of NO3-N among them is0.78t/a. The discharge of TP is0.84t/a, and the discharge of PO43--P among them is0.37t/a. It is one of the main sources that pollute water by Rural life pollution.(3)The losses that human excrement flow directly to environment are:TN24.15t/a, TP4.14t/a, and they are another sources that pollute water by Rural life pollution.(4) The pollutants entered the water caused by poultry waste urine are:TN158.29t/a, NH3-N58.15t/a and TP60.10t/a. The non-point source pollution caused by breeding livestock and poultry has caused serious influence to water quality. It will cause serious influence to rural ecological environment if people don’t supervise and properly treated with it..(5) The estimate about the planting industry non-point source pollution shows that the loss of TN and TP respectively are624t/a and18t/a in water sources protect district of Jingyue. This shows that the non-point source pollution caused by nitrogen and phosphorus loss in farmland has become the most serious reasons that influences water quality. It will cause serious influence to rural ecological environment if people don’t supervise and properly treated with it. Overall, the loss of TN in Water sources protect district of Jingyue in Xinlicheng Reservoir is about817.8t/a. TN in life pollutant is about35.48t/a and accounts for about4.34%. TN lost by poultry and animal feces is about158.29t/a and accounts for about19.4%. TN lost in planting farmland is about624t/a and accounts for about76.3%. the loss of TP in Water sources protect district of Jingyue in Xinlicheng Reservoir is about85.71t/a. TP in life pollutant is about7.61t/a and accounts for about8.88%. TP lost by poultry and animal feces is about60.10t/a and accounts for about70.1%. TP lost in planting farmland is about18.0t/a, which accounts for about21%.
