The Research Of Environmental Performance Evaluation In Different Kinds Of Boilers

China has the most production and consumption of energy in world.Our country has rich resources,the production and consumption of coal in a third of the world’s total. In comparison, our ownership of energy is low, and the oil resources and natural gas resource relative scarcity. The energy consumption coal as the dominant prove China’s energy structure unreasonable, away from the trend of the development by the oil and gas of the world.Fossil fuel is developping and using,,but it’s pollutting our environment in the same time. Therefore, in order to make the basic energy system of our country diversificatly, the first task is to analysis the relationship of the energy consumption and environment, provide the selection of energy plan, coordinate the development of resources, economic and environmental.The definition of environmental performance in ISO14001environmental management system as: an organization have measurable results of the environmental management system based on the environmental policy, objectives and targets and control the environmental factors. Here, environmental factors is the activities, products or services who can interact with the environment of the elements in organization; Environmental management system means the comprehensive performance by the environmental management of the organization. Because of the difference of environmental factors, the environmental performance object is also different. The environmental factors can be referred to the enterprise, industry, also the production equipment which closely related with the environment.At present, the environmental performance is widely applied to the enterprise internal in China, in order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises and environmental management level. But few on the environmental performance of production equipment, especially as the contradiction between production and the environment is becoming increasingly conspicuous, the influence of production equipment on the ecological environment also be a not neglected problem in the management departments at all levels. Only the green technology applied to production process, which could effectively reduce the damage in the production process to the environment. Thus, for the environment performance of production equipment is very necessary of sustainable development.The boiler as a important energy conversion devices in production process, the energy input to the boiler, as the chemical energy, power, high temperature flue gas heat of the fuel, after boiler conversion, the output to have certain heat steam, high temperature water or organic heat transfer material heater. According to the different fuel of boiler can be divided into different kinds, as coal, fuel and gas boiler. Fuel will produce large amounts of the pollutantin burning,including water, gas and sound of environment effects. There are many pollutants in the process of boiler, the energy consumption in China is coal,and most direct combustion, the characteristics of air pollution belongs to coal. The main produce such as soot, particles, sulfur oxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide, etc, in combustion process,which also can produce the boiler water and solids and noise etc. The fuel boiler and gas boiler produce the nitrogen oxides in combustion process also has the harm of environment.Therefore, in view of the boiler which is the important industrial production equipment, this paper will fuel to the the influence of environment assessment in boiler burning process, comprehensive economic, environmental, pyrology and so on, and make the comprehensive accounting of economic environment.Research shows that:in the evaluation of energy environmental performance,the energy environmental performance of gas boiler is better than the oil boiler, the oil boiler is better than the coal boiler; in the evaluation of ecnomic environmental performance,the economic environmental performance of oil boiler is better than the gas boiler, the gas boiler is better than the coal boiler.
