In this paper, this study aimed at agricultural waste refers to the straw and chicken manure, Humus carbon is including WSS,FA,HA and Hu, and its stability increase gradually. In this paper, the fungus use straw and chicken manure to form the humus carbon, used Humus composition modified method, separate inoculated with fungi, under the conditions that the single straw and chicken manure culture, measured the quantity and structural characteristics of each component with different time. It discussed the differences on composition、structure of Humic substances was formed by the fungi used a different single matrix, experiment results as follows:(1)Straw culture inoculated with Trichoderma Z1, the C/N, H/C and O/C of the FA both increase. In chicken manure culture, added fungi Z2and whole bacteria can promote the degree of oxidation of the FA, the Trichoderma Z1enhance its aromatic. Straw culture to add microbial treatment to enable HA condensation increased; Trichoderma Zl is added to reduce the degree of oxidation of the HA. The condensation degree of HA increases in chicken manure culture added Trichoderma Z1, the condensation degree of fungi Z2reduced.(2)The straw cultivation of added microorganisms, the absolute number and relative amounts of the FA is first decreased and then increased, and this law consistent with cellulose culture. The fungi Z2promote the formation of the FA. The aliphatic characteristics of FA in straw cultivate added fungi Z2stronger than the other groups; The aromatic characteristics of Trichoderma Zl is stronger than others. Chicken cultured added Trichoderma Z1cultured, the aromatic characteristics of the FA is more. The aliphatic characteristics of FA is more in added fungi Z2Chicken culture.(3)The carbon content of HA added fungal in straw culture contrast with CK, in the early stage of incubation decreased first and then increased, and the trend increased first and then decreased with time in added Trichoderma Z1, its consistent with the cellulose culture; and the PQ has increased than CK; The added microbial in straw culture promoted the formation of HA. The aliphatic characteristics of HA added Trichoderma Z1in straw culture is more enhancements; the HA in straw culture by different treatment than straw original sample contains more aromatic compounds. The HA of added Trichoderma Z1in chicken culture, the high temperature exothermic peak is very significant, then the aromatic characteristics is stronger than the other. The aliphatic characteristics of HA added fungi Z2is more favorable to formed than the other.(4) The carbon content of Hu added the fungal in straw culture decrease first and then increase with time; the formation of Hu in the medium-term culture is more, then the formation of humus carbon more stability. In the early-term chicken culture, the formation of Hu is more, after decreasing.
