The Investigation On Enforcement Of Environmental Law In Gansu Province

Environmental protection plays an important role in fields of the public healthy;the social harmony;the sustainable development of society and economy.There is an intimate and interactive relationship between environmental protection and development.The comprehensive measure which composes multifactor considerations of law;economy and technology is needed to solve environmental problem and promote sustainable development of society,but law is more important to secure,direct and facilitate the solution of environmental problem.The enforcement of environmental law is having problem with the economic development and the changing circumstance.Based on present situation of environmental protection in Gansu province,through analysis of the enforcement cases with its relative information and investigation of the current situation of implementation of environmental law,this paper aims to make suggestion to improve environmental law institutions and preferably promote environmental protection and sustainable development.
