Abstract/Summary:
With the high-speed development of the economy of our country, the accelerating production amount of the Municipal solid waste increase sharply. Ecological environment and human survival face a serious threat which becomes an important social issue. The efficient refuse-handing is the responsibility of the municipal administration department and environmental protection department and a subject of scientific research. Based on this concern by introducing the relevant theoretical knowledge, the essay systematically analyzes the related content about the concept of the Municipal solid waste and recycling technology, explores the problems and solutions to develop the recycling technology. The recycling technology of the Municipal solid waste generates on the background that tension between human and nature; deterioration of ecological environment; sustainable development becomes global economic development strategy and builds a harmonious society by the Chinese government. It has a positive role and a great sense of the times to solve China’s economic growth of resource and environmental issues and build a harmonious society.First of all, this paper made the research from the standpoint of a theory of technology philosophy. This paper has defined the concept of the Municipal solid waste, outlined the feature and essence of the recycling technology, described the detail of the manner and process of the recycling technology.Secondly, this paper has talked about the feasibility and obstacle to develop the recycling technology in China and analyze deeply the development barriers.Finally, some suggestions about the recycling technology are proposed through taking the comparative analysis by the mature case on domestic and abroad.
